We have some exciting updates, schedule changes, and community events coming your way at Perfect Form LA — your home for semi-private personal training, recovery, accountability coaching, strength training, fat loss, and wellness in Studio City/Los Angeles.
MEMBER APP + BOOKING UPDATE
Great news — you no longer need to text us to get into a class on the 28th!
Even though the billing cycle still runs from the 28th–27th, you can now officially book sessions from the 28th–28th directly in the app.
A couple quick reminders:
- The 28th will always count as the FIRST day of your new billing cycle
- Any sessions booked on the 28th will be deducted from that upcoming month’s sessions
This should make booking smoother and easier for everyone!
NEW CLASS STRUCTURE STARTING 5/28
To continue improving the coaching experience and class flow, classes will now be split into:
- Mixed Level
- Advanced Level
Schedule Updates:
- Alec’s classes = Advanced Level (except Wednesday 8 AM)
- Rea + Neil’s classes = Mixed Level
This will help us continue delivering high-level coaching, proper exercise progressions, individualized attention, and the best semi-private training experience possible.
RECOVERY ROOM REMINDER
Please remember:
- Bring clean socks and pants if using the leg sleeves
- Socks are available for purchase for $10 if needed
- No pants = no sleeves (sanitary reasons)

Congratulations to Richard Ruiz! This recognition is incredibly well deserved.
From day one, Richard came into Perfect Form LA on a mission. He has done an amazing job holding himself accountable, staying locked in, and consistently showing up ready to work with an incredible attitude.
And the results speak for themselves:
- Body fat percentage dropped from 20% → 18.5%
- Dumbbell presses increased from 65 lbs → 80 lbs
Richard is a perfect example of what consistency, accountability, strength training, nutrition, and effort can do over time.
