June Recipe: Grilled Salmon with Strawberry Avocado Salsa

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush salmon with olive oil and season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Grill salmon for 4-5 minutes per side or until cooked through.
  4. While the salmon cooks, combine strawberries, avocado, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, and a pinch of salt in a bowl.
  5. Top each salmon fillet with the strawberry avocado salsa and serve immediately.
